My name is Olga. I'm a stylist based in Dubai, working here and online.
My way into style began when I became a mother. My body changed, my life changed, and so did I. I wanted to be able to choose clothes easily in a shop, and to have a wardrobe that was both comfortable and good-looking. So I started learning — body types, combinations — and from there came decluttering and order in the wardrobe. After my third child I trained and became a professional space organizer.
In clients' homes the picture was familiar: plenty of clothes, some forgotten, some with the tags still on. The problem was not how much there was, but how much of it was wrong for them. I liked sorting wardrobes out and putting them in order — and that is how I came to style.
At home there is my husband and three children, and their wardrobes are mine too: the edit, the order, the capsules, the shopping for each of them. The system I talk about is one I test on myself every day.
I put my method into a book, «Style and Life. A Housewife's View».
